The hotel has good location to the plaza below. Also it is near the Rey Sancho, which is in the village center of Navarrete. The rooms are impressive and huge with an electronic key card, a multi-channel television, and a study table. The bathroom is good-sized, the beds are comfy, the staff are excellent!

Very comfortable stay as always. Nicely renovated and wonderful small accommodation with an amazing setting. Fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff in the whole hotel. Very good service and good value.

Nothing. I was in Spain for 3 weeks and this was, by far, the worst hotel experience I had.

We checked in around 7pm. I had emailed the hotel about 1.5 weeks earlier asking for recommendations for bodegas for wine tours and tasting. I got no response. Then, when we checked into the hotel, the front desk lady refused to call any of the bodegas to make reservations, despite my requests to do so. She said she would do it in the morning the next day. Well, the next day, no one came to work at the hotel. Literally. All day long, all the lights were turned off, there was no one at the front desk, ever. I just wandered around the hotel and it was a ghost town. Not a single person there to answer any questions or provide any help. A sorry, sorry excuse for a hotel operation. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

This room was new-fashioned with a nice view over the town and surrounding landscape. A bathtub in the great-sized bathroom was super awesome. Location: the hotel was right by which is in the village center of Navarrete and the bars and restaurants.

Stayed in a historic building on the Camino de Santiago, enjoyed typical La Rioja meals, took advantage of the attached winery, and appreciated the free Wi-Fi.

Who needs fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, or meat and cheese for breakfast? Just give me toast and packaged muffin-type items!

The receptionist gave us all the information we needed and even helped with our heavy luggage. The heating system was quick and effective, keeping us warm on a cold day. The spacious and clean room, with a bath, provided a restful night. The restaurant served outstanding meals and the service was top-notch. The hotel is centrally located and the friendly staff provided a map upon arrival. The vending machine was convenient for buying cold drinks. The family-run operation and excellent service made our stay memorable. The hotel had received and placed our bags in the room before our arrival. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. The hotel provided amenities such as wi-fi, luggage storage, bar/lounge area, restaurant, laundry.
